Day Camp Check-In:
When do I arrive?
On Monday, please plan to arrive at the camp location 45 minutes before camp begins to complete registration and receive a camp t-shirt. We will be meeting at the pavillion located right in front of the parking lot.
When is my registration complete?
Each camper must be paid in full and complete their registration and medical forms before our first camp session begins.
What should I bring?
Camp sessions will run from 9:00am-12:00pm for the June camp and from 5:30pm-8:30pm for the July camp (ages 3-5 will go only from 5:30pm-6:30pm) and campers should bring sunscreen, water, a snack, shinguards, and a soccer ball with them each day.
Advanced Camp Check-In:
How do I check in on the first day of camp?
Sunday, June 22nd 11am-1pm at Oberlin College, Stevenson Dining Hall, Griswold Commons. Main Entrance is on North Professor Street
-We Will meet in the Griswold Commons, and all campers will receive their dining wristbands; Overnight campers will receive their dorm room assignments for Burton Hall.
-All campers must have completed medical forms, and camp balance payment at check-in.
When is my registration complete?
Each camper must be paid in full and complete both their registration and medical forms before our first camp meeting at 1:30pm on Sunday.
When do camp activities begin?
We will meet at 1:30pm in our assigned residence hall lounge for an all-camp meeting. Our first training session will begin immediately following our meeting, so please come to the meeting in your training gear.
Which meals are included for residential and commuter campers?
Residential campers will receive all meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening and ending with lunch on Wednesday afternoon.
Commuting campers will receive all lunch and dinner meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening and ending with lunch on Wednesday afteroon. Commuters will be on their own for breakfast and meet up with the rest of the camp at 8:45am in front of the assigned residence hall each morning.
If my child is commuting, when do I pick them up?
Commuting campers are released for the evening at 8:15pm and may be picked up out side the residential dorm where the overnight campers are staying.
When does camp end?
Camp officially ends at 4:00pm on Wednesday, and pick up is from 4:00-4:30pm.
